What your AI chats reveal about you
Open your ChatGPT or Claude export and see what someone could learn about your health, money, relationships and location.
Load your export in your browser
Drop in the .zip you got from ChatGPT (Settings → Data controls → Export) or Claude (Settings → Privacy → Export). We read conversations.json inside it. Nothing is uploaded.
The file never leaves your device.
What your chats could reveal
Topics found in your messages, roughly how often, and why they’re sensitive. This is a mirror, not a judgement.

What to do about it
- Turn off training and tighten retention — see Opt out of AI training.
- Delete chats you don’t need: ChatGPT and Claude both let you delete conversations and your whole history in Settings.
- For sensitive questions, use a service that stores nothing and never asks who you are.
Questions
How do I get my export?
ChatGPT: Settings → Data controls → Export data, then open the email link. Claude: Settings → Privacy → Export data. Both send you a .zip file — load the whole .zip here.
Is my export uploaded?
No. The file is read and analysed inside your browser. Nothing is sent to Always Yes or anyone else.
How accurate is it?
It looks for words and patterns, so it can miss things or flag harmless mentions. Use it as a quick mirror, not a verdict.
ChatGPT says no. Claude says no. We say yes.
