Opt out of AI training — every app, one page

Exact settings to stop ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Meta AI and others training on your chats — plus ready-to-send legal requests.

Pick the apps you use. You'll get the exact settings to switch off, and — where the law gives you the right — a ready-to-send opt-out letter.

Two different things: opting out of training (settings below) stops new chats being used to improve the model. Deleting your history is separate, and data already used to train a model can't be pulled back out.

Questions

Does opting out delete my old chats?

No. Opting out stops future training. Deleting history is a separate step in each app, and data already used to train a model cannot be removed from it.

Do paid plans opt me out automatically?

Usually not. Most consumer plans — free and paid — are opted in by default. Business and API plans are generally excluded.

Can I send a legal request?

If you live in the EU, EEA or UK you can object under GDPR Article 21; in California you can use your CCPA rights. The letter generator fills these in for you.

ChatGPT says no. Claude says no. We say yes.
