Two ways. First, they say no — ChatGPT and Claude refuse your request, lecture you, or reply "I can’t help with that." We don’t: if it’s legal, you get the answer in full. Second, they know who you are, and they watch. You sign in with an email and pay with a card, so every request is tied to your identity — and the big assistants monitor what you type; OpenAI has publicly said it may escalate conversations to law enforcement. Always Yes is the opposite: we keep no identity, we don’t log what you do, and we don’t know how you use the model — so there is nothing to monitor, nothing to tie to you, and nothing to hand to the police, because it does not exist.
